Bubble-feeding Whales.
Bubble-feeding Whales.

Humpback Whales bubble-feeding off the coast of Klemtu, in Canada. The whales create a large circle by blowing bubbles underwater which traps small fish and krill. Once the circle is complete the whales lunge upwards from the centre of the circle to feast on their prey. This feeding method also attracts birds who also try to get a piece of the action.
