Corsican Calanques
A calanque is a narrow, steep-walled inlet that is developed in limestone, dolomite, or other carbonate strata and found along the Mediterranean coast. This image is from the Calanques in Corsica and the boat at the foot gives a good impression of the sheer height of the cliff face.
